Lucy — last updated 28 August 2026
Lucy is a private AI assistant used by one named individual. This policy describes what it does with data from the Google Account that authorises it.
With the account owner's consent, Lucy requests these Google API scopes:
https://www.googleapis.com/auth/drive — to create, read and organise files in the owner's Drive.https://www.googleapis.com/auth/documents — to read and edit the owner's Google Docs.https://www.googleapis.com/auth/spreadsheets — to read and edit the owner's Google Sheets.https://www.googleapis.com/auth/calendar — to read and manage the owner's calendar events.Lucy only accesses the account that granted consent. It does not access anyone else's account, and it has no other users.
Data is accessed only to carry out tasks the account owner asks for — for example creating a document, filing something in Drive, or checking the calendar. It is not used for any other purpose.
Lucy runs on a private server controlled by the account owner. Google credentials are stored on that server, readable only by the account Lucy runs under. Document and calendar content is fetched when needed to perform a task and is not collected into a separate archive.
Lucy uses third-party AI language model providers to understand requests and produce replies. Content the owner asks Lucy to work on may be sent to those providers solely to carry out that request. Those providers are bound by their own terms and are not permitted to use the content for model training.
The account owner can revoke Lucy's access at any time at Google Account permissions. Revoking immediately ends all access. To have stored credentials and any locally held working data deleted, contact the address below and it will be removed.
